The ideal candidate will contribute to architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting the IT Infrastructure.
This is a generalist role that will include all aspects of the technology landscape including user training and support, service desk support, inventory, application maintenance, hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, design, implementation, and support of enterprise systems.
Core Responsibilities and Expectations:
Designs, maintains and administers computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Configures, monitors, and audits companywide software licensing.
Partners with supervisor to plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect company data, software applications, and hardware.
Plan, test, deploy and maintain enterprise data backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures.
Manages our Service desk and partners with other team members to help solve computer and/or systems issues.
Assists with determining the future needs of the company and identifying systems/processes to support our growth and expansion.
Manages multiple vendors and service providers relationships including service level agreements.
Designs, supports and maintains the Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory environment.

5 to 7
years of experience managing core IT systems within a predominantly Microsoft environment, preferably in the Design or Real Estate Development industry supporting multiple locations in various states.
Knowledge and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
Current/recent Microsoft professional certifications desired.
Comprehensive knowledge of current server operating systems In-depth understanding of networking routing protocols and associated services Experience planning, deploying, and managing unified communications systems.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
