Position
Summary:
We are looking to hire Part Time (20-29 hours) Essential Job Functions:
Provides courteous and friendly service to all patients.
Works with team members to create a positive work environment.
Works with providers to assist in the patient treatment and documentation of the patient encounters.
Makes sure all pertinent information is available and updated to provider such as medications, lab results, allergies, imaging reports and health history.
Rooms patients, obtains vitals and prepares patients for the medical exam.
Retrieves previous x-rays, office notes and exam results when needed.
Reviews messages and paperwork with provider and responds as directed in a prompt and courteous manner.
Assists with examinations, invasive procedures and minor surgical procedures that are carried out by the provider(s) Daily preps exam and treatment room and equipment before the start of the day and in between patients.
Helps to open and close lab.
Documents orders, referrals and lab results.
Documents follow-up activity for health maintenance and quality measures of care (VBC).
Corresponds phone messages and computer tasks with patients and providers.
Administers medications as ordered, injections, blood draws and I.
Vs.
Collects and runs tests such as Covid, Flu, Mono and Strep.
Stocking supplies, inventory, clean rooms thoroughly.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply Must have some medical office experience.
Knowledge of computers and electronic medical records systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, prioritization and organization skills.
Reliable team player! CPR certified or CPR certification required upon hire.
Must be able to multi-task and be on feet for long periods of time.
Hours:
Monday -Saturday Rotating shifts.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
