Responsibilities:
Monitor crushing operations; perform labor as needed for repair and maintenance.
Operates loader to effectively complete jobs.
Performs maintenance of gravel crushing and screening plant Cleans up spilled material around conveyors using a shovel and/or skid steer Operates the plant to provide maximum production and efficiency Conducts daily inspections, maintenance, fueling, and operation of equipment Operates equipment in a safe manner; always in control of equipment Produce material that will provide the most consistent, highest quality end products Lubricate, adjust or repair machinery and replace parts, such as gears, bearings, etc Perform manual labor, such as shoveling by hand Know and follow all company safety policies as well as MSHA regulations Practice safety always Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean MVR Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity, and right to work in the US Must be able to pass a drug screen Previous experience in a sand/gravel/quarry environment preferred MSHA certification preferred Mechanical knowledge of equipment and tools preferred Welding experience is a plus

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
