Compliance Manager
Job duties:
Enforcing CC&Rs rules by sending notices to homeowners
Weekly drive through the community to identify violations
Review and approve landscape and fencing plans
Review and submit DRC variances for approval
Answer homeowner questions relating to their their violation or plan submittal.
Create DRC meeting agendas and minutes
Attend DRC and Board meetings
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Basic QuickBooks experience a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Must be self-motivated and a team player
Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
