Office Coordinator/Scheduler

Job Description
We are a growing construction company looking for a full-time long term office coordinate/scheduler. Office coordinator will be responsible for reading office emails and taking phone calls and directing customer to the appropriate project managers, responsible for scheduling employees to specific projects and following up with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects. Day to day clerical assignments as well.
Additional Information
This is a full time position Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:30pm.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
