As an Array Reliability engineer in the Technology Development group at Micron, you will be working with an industry leading team on cutting edge technologies to enable future semiconductor memory products. This position will focus on development and manufacturing deployment of the 3D Xpoint technology. You will be responsible for the development of memory array characterization techniques, analysis of electrical test results, and driving improvements to cell performance and reliability. In addition, you will drive continuous improvements in product performance though the analysis of failing devices and optimizing the component operation and manufacturing process. As part of the position you will work closely with the Process Development and Product Engineering teams.


This position is located in Lehi, UT.

Qualifications


‚€ĘKnowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, NOR, and PCM


‚€ĘExperience with alternative / emerging memory technologies (desired)


‚€ĘProficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques


‚€ĘUnderstand circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory components


‚€ĘExperience in semiconductor reliability engineering (desired)


‚€ĘAbility to lead an engineering project, including defining and directing the team's activities


‚€ĘExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills


‚€ĘStrong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)


‚€ĘExperience working in a global cross-functional team environment

Education


B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
